Prologue The summoning
“This world is so trying,geez it’s so boring” a young boy says as he lies down on a hill looking at the sky “i wish something exciting would happen” he mumbles
“Well do you want something fun to happen” a voice says
hearing this i start looking around to try to find who said it but i see no one
“what was that, i thought i just heard someone” the boy says as he leans back down
“you did but don’t try to find me as i don’t exist on your current plane of existance”
“huh? don’t exist on my current plane of existence, what are you talking about?”
“Um, how should i put it, I’m what you could technically call a god but i can’t explain anything else until you answer my question” the girl replies
hearing this the boy sit up
“a god huh, and what question did you ask again”
“Geez, i asked do you want something fun to happen” she says in an annoyed tone
hearing this the boys eyes open up wide
“something fun to happen?” he says then leans down for a second pausing “sure why not”
“good i expected that you would say yes”
after those words are said a bright flash surrounds him and he appears in a pitch white room with a young girl looking at him
“hello there, well you’ve arrived so guess i should explain everything, I’m what you could technically call a god but because it’s a hassle to say which which god i am I’m not going to,but here is what you need to know I’ve summoned you here to serve as a representative of me in an event called the “war of the gods” but because a literal war between gods would destroy countless worlds we summon representatives to fight for us” she says
“a system called “dungeon” is in place to make things really interesting as well but i won’t get into specifics about that as you will learn very quickly about it once the war starts, now have you got any questions?”
“Um yes, this war of the gods that you,re talking about. what benefits do we get exactly for winning in it and how do you expect me to be able to do anything anyway” the boy asks confusingly
hearing this the girls eyes open wide
“i can’t believe i forgot something so important but I’m going to be straight with you. you don’t get anything from winning the war but you get quite a lot of rewards while in it and also once you’ve gained enough rewards you can return home if you want plus those who good here will gain my blessing and are destined for greatness and as for the second question naturally we will give you something to get you started and also there are many ways to grow stronger as you go on”
“Oh so the rewards don’t lie at the end but in it” saying this he takes a moment to process it “okay so shall we get started?”
“great now then let’s get started, dungeon’s going to ask some questions and then i will give you something but answer the questions first” she says then steps back as a giant computer screen lowers down with the word “dungeon” written on it
“HELLO GENERAL 7 OF THE GODDESS OF EARTH, I AM DUNGEON AND YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO FIGHT IN THE WAR OF THE GODS. THE GOD THAT SUMMONED YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED ABOUT THIS EVENT AND KNOW I SHALL CREATE YOUR NEW BODY. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?”
“yes”
“GOOD NOW WHAT SPECIES WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE”
hearing this the boy pauses and thinks to himself “human”
“UNDERSTOOD, YOU HAVE SELECTED “human” NOW WHAT GENDER DO YOU WANT TO BE”
“male” the boy says without a seconds hesitation
“UNDERSTOOD, YOU WILL BE BORN AS A “male human” NOW WHAT DO SEEK”
hearing this he thinks to himself for a second and then says with a smile “the truth”
“UNDERSTOOD YOU SEEK TO TRUTH NOW WHAT IS IT YOU DESIRE”
“isn’t it obvious” he says
“UNDERSTOOD YOU DESIRE THE OBVIOUS”
hearing this the boy’s eyes open wide as he didn’t think the machine would take him serious
“YOU SEEK THE TRUTH AND DESIRE THE OBVIOUS, CONDITIONS MEET YOU SHALL GAIN GOD’S PROCESSOR TO ALLOW YOU TO SEE THE TRUTH THROUGH THE OBVIOUS, NOW WHAT DO YOU HATE”
hearing this he closes his eyes and thinks hard before saying”those who abuse the power given to them and forget there origins”
‘UNDERSTOOD YOU HATE “those who abuse there power and forget their origins” AND WHAT IS IT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO TO THEM”
“make them see the monsters they really are even though i probably would become a monster as equal as them”
“UNDERSTOOD NOW WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES”
“i don’t know use their powers better”
“YOU HATE THOSE WHO ABUSE THERE POWER AND FORGET THERE ORIGINS AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THEM SEE WHAT KIND OF MONSTER THEY REALLY ARE EVEN THOUGH YOU MAY BECOME A MONSTER AND IF YOU WERE IN THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES YOU WOULD USE THEIR POWERS BETTER, CONDITIONS MET FOR ABILITY “SPLICER”, NOW FOR THE FINAL QUESTION, WHAT IS IT YOU WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS WAR OF THE GODS ”
“that one’s easy, to have fun with a bunch of friends but i also want to be able to protect them even if i die”
“NO ABILITY FOR PROTECT EVEN IF YOU SHOULD DIE BUT RESONANCE BETWEEN DESIRE TO PROTECT EVEN IN DEATH AND EVEN IF I BECOME A MONSTER DETECTED CREATING UNIQUE SKILL “UNKILLABLE“, WAIT ERROR,ERROR GREAT RESONANCE BETWEEN SKILLS “SPLICER“,”UNKILLABLE” AND “GODS PROCESSOR” DETECTED, CREATING CUSTOM ULTIMATE SKILL “9 SACRED FORMS”, ERROR NOT ENOUGH DATA FOR FORM 1, NOT ENOUGH DATA TO CREATE FORM 2-9 SO I SHALL ADD IN THE FUNCTION OF “CREATING FORMS” WHEN ENOUGH DATA IS COLLECTED”
after this the computer screen goes back up and dispersal from sight
“wow a custom ultimate skill those are rare but now i have to give you something and you can choose, my blessings, a super powerful skill, some really cool artifacts or some really nice magic but just to let you know this isn’t the last time we meet, it will happen constantly during the period of the war and my blessings only really help with avoiding conflicts with other contestants of gods that are weaker then me and not fighting my other representatives so what will you choose?” the little god says
“magic”
“magic, smart choice as trust me skills and artifacts can be got at any time but to learn new magic is exceptionally difficult so which magic type would you like “cosmos magic”,”destruction magic” or “creation magic”?”
“um can i see them, just so i can make a good choice ” he says
hearing this the girl hands over the 3 scrolls to the boy and he unrolls them only to find brief descriptions of them
“the actual magic is only given inside the war of the gods so you can just read the description plus it’s not impossible to learn magics without them being given by a god as long as you understand the concept, fulfill the criteria and know the chant”
“hearing this he reads the 3 scrolls
“cosmos magic, to use the mysteries of the cosmos to attack, to use this magic you must successfully know about the mystery of the cosmos you want to use”
“destruction magic, to destroy all, to use this attack you must understand the molecular composition of the target and make physical contact while saying chant, note this does not kill the target, it only destroys there physical body so reanimation magic does not work on this attack but restoration magic does”
“creation magic, to create all, to use this magic you must understand the molecular composition of the object you want to create while also being able to imagine it”
reading the 3 scrolls the young boy’s eyes go wide open then he suddenly says
“cosmos magic”
“cosmos magic huh, well i won’t argue with you but this magic is extremely powerful and dangerous, even more so then destruction magic so be careful” she says then looking down “I’ll give you a fragment of destruction magic that can negate magic as a fail safe and you can try to develop it further but it’s time for you to get going”
as she says this she points her fingers at the boys forehead and a beam of light shoots at his head hitting it and as a stream of information goes into his head a beam of golden light descends encasing him.
